General Info

Ecoserveis is a non-profit organisation created in 1992 with the aim to provide technical analysis and research into promotional aspects related to projects for the dissemination of information and technology about energy and the environment.

Popularisation of energy efficiency and renewable energy technology are our particular interest. The founding members are engineers with significant experience in each of these fields.

A large proportion of the work is done in collaboration with other national and European organisations. Ecoserveis has worked for:

  • the European Commission,
  • Spanish ministries,
  • regional governments,
  • local authorities and administrations and
  • private business and NGOs.

Ecoserveis has been the manager of BarnaGel, the old local alternative energy agency of the Area Metropolitan of Barcelona.
