UBBSLA aims to:
- Assist and promote cooperation with
European partners in the field of energy technology research and
development, and in the implementation of new technologies
- Facilitate the implementation in
the Bulgarian Black Sea Region of new European energy
technologies
- Support the establishment of joint-ventures and transfer of technology and
know-how
UBBSLA is involved in:
- Creation of a data base for common use
- Collecting information about domestic and foreign loans and grants for investments to reduce
energy consumption and improve the environment
- Assistance to UBBSLAs member-municipalities in preparation of documents for bank loans and
grant applications
- Organization of training courses, especially with participation of foreign experts
