The Network Consulting Group has considerable knowledge and working experience in renewable energy sources and, in particular, in the planning, promotion, design and development of wind parks, small hydropower plants, biomass utilisation units and photovoltaic applications. The company has undertaken and successfully completed a large number of relevant studies and RES development projects for major public and private enterprises in Greece.
NETWORK has been working closely in recent years with Greek regional and local authorities, as well as with other professional groups (RES investors, commercial and industrial associations, NGOs, etc.), in developing strategies and action plans for the optimal exploitation of local renewable resources, all over the country (Crete, Euboea, Epirus, etc.). The company possesses a good understanding of the problems and the particularities involved at the local level, and of the most effective approaches to dealing with them.
In addition, NETWORK is very active in the field of technical / engineering training and in the dissemination of technological information, especially concerning energy issues. The company has organised, alone or in collaboration with others, a large number of technical seminars, continuing engineering - education programmes and specialised presentations in Greece, on a variety of energy topics, including renewables.
