Inspiration & Innovation, The 1st ManagEnergy Networking Event will take place at De Markten cultural centre in the city centre of Brussels from 08:30 to 14:00.
Inspiration & Innovation, the 1st edition of the ManagEnergy Networking Event, is specially designed for senior staff of local and regional energy agencies and aims at increasing cooperation, knowledge and peer exchange between these agencies across Europe. It will focus on 3 themes valued by energy agencies:
- New services: Sustaining financing of agency services are key to ensure the future of energy agencies (Expanding services, such as project development and market facilitation).
- Large scale projects: Working on sizeable projects with local stakeholders is a sign of stability and capability in answering energy efficiency challenges.
- Visibility/recognition: Strategic positioning of agencies in their respective regions/cities - How to successfully work with different stakeholders? How to expand your network? How to deal with "competition"?
Each participants will have the opportunity to pitch initiatives and ideas that will be discussed within in the 3 themes of the innovative sessions.
This workshop will be moderated by 3 experts who have been working for local and regional energy agencies for many years: Roberta Casapietra (IRE Liguria, IT), Christiane Egger (OÖ Energiesparverband, AT) and Vlasta Krmelj (ENERGAP, SI).
